We strive to promote use of functional life skills, inclusion, and personal growth in order to gain experience and opportunities in social and recreational activities. Community Integration

At the heart of our camp is community integration support, designed to foster a sense of belonging for individuals with disabilities in their communities. Through various activities and outings, participants have the opportunity to engage with the broader community, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.

Social Recreation

We believe in the importance of leisure and recreation for overall well-being. Our camp offers a variety of social recreation opportunities, including arts and crafts, games, community fitness opportunities, and outings to local attractions. These activities not only promote physical and mental health but also encourage social interaction and the development of friendships.

Behavior Management

Our trained staff members are equipped to provide behavior management support to participants, helping them develop coping strategies and skills to navigate every situation effectively. Through positive reinforcement and personalized intervention plans, we aim to promote positive behaviors and create a supportive environment for personal growth.

Personal Management

Empowering individuals with disabilities to become more independent is a cornerstone of our program. We offer support and training in various self-help and personal management skills, including hygiene routines, household chores, and daily living activities. By fostering independence, we enable participants to lead more autonomous and fulfilling lives.

Mobility Training

Navigating the community independently is a vital skill for individuals with disabilities. Our camp offers mobility training and support to enhance participants' community skills, access community resources, transportation, and navigate public spaces safely and confidently.

Restaurant Skills

Eating out at restaurants is a common social activity, and we believe everyone should have the opportunity to participate fully. Our restaurant skills training teaches participants how to order food, interact with waitstaff, handle payments, and navigate dining etiquette, empowering them to enjoy dining experiences with confidence.

Money Management

Money Management is an essential life skill. Throughout our community experiences, clients will receive support and guidance to be able to plan purchases, make transactions, and handle money in order to feel a sense of belonging in their community.
