Funding
​We accept funding through the San Diego Regional Center. If you are not enrolled in the San Diego Regional Center but are interested in our program please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you with navigating the process of securing funding. Please note that we are not vendored through Regional Center. Private pay is also accepted.
Traditional SDRC Clients:
Client Requests approval: Client will contact their San Diego Regional Center service coordinator to request SDRC funding for the dates chosen. Funding is available for up to 6 months at a time.
Current Summer Rate: $660.60 per week
Current Social Rate: $250 per event

Service Coordinator requests approval: Once the service coordinator receives funding approval, the SDRC will notify the client's respective FMS and the invoice will either be sent to the FMS by Community STRIDES or by the client, depending on their FMS requirements.​

We can provide 1:1 support to participants who require personal assistance for an additional cost of $31.83/hour.

*Please note that the cost of field trips, activities, and food are not included in our weekly camp or social fee.
Self Determination Clients:
Client Requests approval: Client contacts their Self Determination independent facilitator to coordinate funding through the appropriate service code, typically 331 for Community Integration Supports, though there may be other appropriate fits depending on the conversation with your coordinator and agreed upon budgeting. Funding is available for up to 6 months at a time.

Current Social Rate: $250 per event
Service Coordinator requests approval: Once the service coordinator receives funding approval, and the customer's FMS has received an approved and revised spending plan, the client will be notified. FMS and/or the SDP service coordinator will notify Community STRIDES or the client to send invoice to the respective FMS depending on the FMS requirements.

Please note: In the event that the client has participated in our programs and there is an issue with any funding, the client is responsible for completing payment privately.​
